Work

Four of these are mine. The fifth is client work: a freelance product head role.

Idea to shipped

Look

I use your product the way a stranger would, then read what you already have: the funnel, the drop-offs, the messages users send you. Most roadmaps start with an opinion. This one starts with what actually happens.

Diagnose

One blunt page: the metric that matters right now, what is in its way, and what to build next, in order. Not "improve engagement". More like "half the people who sign up never come back".

Prototype

The riskiest call on that page becomes a working thing in days, not a slide about it. A prototype you can click settles an argument faster than three meetings.

Ship

I stay for the unglamorous part: cutting scope, holding the quality bar, getting it into people’s hands. Shipped is the only state I count.

Revamps

Unsolicited

In my free time I pick a founder whose ideology inspires me, whose product deserves better than its website, and rebuild their landing page properly. Nobody asks me to.

Each one below uses that company’s own imagery, copy and numbers, and is marked as an independent concept.

  • The rebuilt IRA Realty landing page.
    Real estate, Hyderabad

    IRA Realty

Fourteen rotating hero images that never say what the company does, seven seconds to load, and a single decorative GIF making up a third of the page weight.

    • Theirs pulls 3.7 MB before you scroll and keeps climbing to 42.5 MB while you sit still. This is 1.03 MB, and flat.
    • Their homepage has no H1 at all. This one says what they build, where, and for whom, in the first line.
    • None of their 28 images load lazily. Here, 15 of 18 do.

  • The rebuilt Sid's Farm landing page.
    Dairy, Hyderabad

    Sid's Farm

A first-time visitor cannot see the site at all until they pick one of twenty cities, the homepage never states a price, and the strongest proof they own sits on a different subdomain behind a batch number you only get after buying.

    • Their site is unreachable until you pick one of twenty cities, and the close button does nothing. Here the cities are a strip you scroll past.
    • Their homepage never states a price. The only prices are about 6px tall inside a screenshot. This one has a price section.
    • Their strongest proof, the milk they reject each day, sits on another subdomain behind a batch number. Here it is the second thing you see.

AnuroopHyderabad

In the seas of products, I am an adventurer.

An ex founder still founding: AIRs Network is mine. Alongside it I freelance as a product head, solving product problems inside other startups. I get paid, I move forward, and I would rather work with a few great people than be busy. IIT Kharagpur.

Building AIRs Network. Open to product engagements.

If any of this is your kind of problem, message me.
